What This Blog Will Discuss
The purpose of this blog is to document and explore the ways I continue to do things that challenge me. It will also discuss philosophy (both Eastern and Western), books, inspiring human beings and mental health. They’ll all live together under the umbrella of “what can we do and learn to become mentally stronger individuals”.
I’m hoping that this will be a two-way street. When you read my book it’s essentially me talking at you for 5 hours. With the blog, you can actually talk back! Yay. I’d love to hear your stories, thoughts and experience with how you’ve personally dealt with adversity in your life. I’d also love to hear if you’ve tried any of the challenges and how you found them.
I’m excited to be part of the self-improvement movement and feel that it’s an important project that warrants others thoughts on things.
Happiness is the journey of self-improvement, not the destination. If we can view the road through different eyes and love the journey, things are going to be a lot better. Here’s to new beginnings and the start of something exciting.
